1. Digital Service Nature
Binso API provides high-performance, real-time market data infrastructure. Given the digital nature of our services and the immediate access to proprietary data streams, all subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Our implementation team evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing the API, and our engineers cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- You were charged for a renewal after successfully submitting a cancellation request, provided the request was made at least 24 hours before the billing date.
- An initial subscription was made in error, and the API key has not been utilized for any requests.
3. 7-Day Performance Guarantee
For new professional-tier subscribers, we offer a 7-day initial performance guarantee. If the API does not meet the technical specifications outlined in our documentation, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, provided your data usage has not exceeded 1% of your monthly quota.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
- One-time implementation or set-up fees for customized institutional plans.
- Subscription fees for accounts where the API quota has been significantly utilized.
- Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
5. Refund Process
